Chris May is a finance, strategy, and operations professional with a deep understanding of the crossroads between business and government, and a broad spectrum of professional experiences. Chris started his career serving as an analyst at a NYC-based hedge fund where he learned the intricacies of Wall Street, investment management, and the importance of an attractive discounted cash flow model. During the financial crisis of 2009 Chris moved to a global public affairs and business advisory firm, BGR Group, in Washington, DC serving as deputy to the Chief Financial Officer. It was here that Chris was introduced to operating a multi-functional organization with global presence and a broad blue chip clientele. In 2010 Chris was accepted into the prestigious Finance Leadership Development Program at Lockheed Martin Corporation. At Lockheed Martin, Chris served in a variety of roles and projects spanning financial planning & analysis, mergers & acquisitions, business development, government affairs, contracts, investor relations, and corporate accounting. In 2013, Chris was recruited as Chief Financial Officer of a fast growing boutique consulting and advisory firm where he worked hand in hand with the Founder & CEO to create and implement firm-wide strategies, internal controls and best-practices that streamlined the business and ultimately led to substantial growth and profitability. Chris currently leverages all of these experiences to operate Quadrant Advisory.

Ramsey is a former naval aviator and small business owner with a passion for innovative problem-solving, team-building, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence. Ramsey began his career as a Marine Officer and F/A-18 pilot, serving 11-years on active duty with training experiences all across the country and three deployments that took him all over the world. After finishing his active duty as an F/A-18 instructor pilot in Miramar, CA, Ramsey moved east to Washington, DC and transitioned to the Marine Corps Reserves where he continues his service part-time supporting the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program at the Pentagon. Following active duty, Ramsey teamed up with his brother in the ownership of a manufacturing company called Whitman Controls, where he refined his skills in operations, product development, marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership. Most importantly, he learned the foundational value of how a stronger understanding of the company’s finance and accounting functions can drive greater operational efficiencies and overall profitability. Following the successful sale of Whitman Controls, Ramsey joined the leading education technology company, EVERFI, where he helped develop new strategic business partners who benefited from EVERFI’s novel Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription model. Through this experience, he learned how technology can be leveraged to provide online digital education programs efficiently and effectively at scale. Ramsey is a versatile leader with a dynamic background and he leverages his diverse experiences both internally and externally for Quadrant Advisory.

Jackie brings over twenty years of experience in Big Four (EY) and top ten public accounting along with a Controller position at a Fortune 50 company (ALCOA). Jackie comes to Quadrant Advisory from CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA-8th largest public accounting firm) where she directed the financial management for multiple clients in the for-profit and nonprofit space, improving the accuracy, timeliness and reliability of financial reports. Jackie lived in Europe four years and understands cultural as well as currency differences, and served multinational clients at CLA and is familiar with multi-currency accounting.

SEAN COGGINS, CPA
Sean is an active CPA and has 10 years experience working in both public and private accounting. At his time at a Top 5 accounting firm (RSM), Sean provided financial statement audit, review, and compilation services, as well as various forms of financial consulting to clients across many different industries. Sean has focused his efforts within the technology, real estate, and manufacturing/distributing industries. He also has extensive experience assisting businesses with critical issues, including revenue recognition principles, design of internal control systems, and complex financial reporting.
Sean has been instrumental in adding value to the clients he serves and enjoys partnering with businesses on each of their unique journeys.
Sean currently resides in Severna Park, MD with his wife and two young children. When not working, Sean can be found chasing the children around a playground or enjoying time boating with his family.

BENJAMIN POSNER, CPA
Benjamin Posner is originally from right outside of Baltimore City and moved to Bethesda, MD before attending the University of Vermont for his undergraduate Business Degree and Suffolk University for his Master’s Degree in Accounting. After attaining his CPA license in Massachusetts, Benjamin continued to work at PwC’s Boston Office for approximately five years, where he worked on one of their asset management teams, servicing clients primarily in the financial services industry. Benjamin moved back to the DC area in 2016, where he began pursuing other accounting and consulting ventures. After working with several public and private companies in many different industries, including hospitality, nonprofit, pharmaceutical, and transportation, he decided to start his own business, serving a variety of clients with different accounting, business, and financial needs. He brings all of this expertise to the Quadrant Advisory team, where he currently works on a part-time basis while also focusing on growing his own firm. Benjamin enjoys all sports (especially the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles), reading short stories, and spending time with his girlfriend Lauren and Staffordshire Terrier Zoe. His parents live in Rehoboth Beach, where he frequents often to enjoy the beach and small-town vibe.

Ron Ducarpe is a veteran accountant and businessman with decades of experience in providing accounting and management leadership to a variety of organizations. After gaining years of experience working for CPA firms, Ron broke away and founded his own accounting firm. As the CEO of this firm, Ron and his staff provided accounting, consulting, and management services to small and medium-sized businesses across many industries for over a decade, as well as serving individual clients. During this time, Ron also took on executive roles for two of the firm’s consulting clients in the fields of home healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
Ron’s experiences in home healthcare led him to be a founding member of a new software company that specialized in the development and sales of home healthcare software. Ron was an integral part of developing user interfaces and financial workflows for the software. Once launched, Ron became CFO for this medical SaaS company and guided its financial and overall operations for over 12 years.
Ron received his Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Central Florida. He currently lives in Orlando, FL, with his wife of 28 years and their three grown children. Ron and his wife are known theme-park junkies. During their spare time, they can usually be found at Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, or relaxing on the beach.
Brooke Marrelli brings over 10 years of business management experience to Quadrant Advisory. Brooke has led accounting and finance operations for a variety of firms, most recently as the lead finance coordinator for a fast-growing company in the global entertainment industry, where she managed all accounts payable and accounts receivable activity along with general day to day accounting functions. Before that, Brooke led operations, event planning, and project management functions for a cybersecurity firm based in Northern Virginia.
Brooke brings a keen knowledge of internal processes, client coordination, quality control, and general operations to both internal and external stakeholders. She uses these experiences and skillsets in her role as Operations Manager at Quadrant Advisory.

Ellen serves as Quadrant Advisory’s Marketing Manager and has implemented social media marketing campaigns for a broad range of entities including early stage startups, Congressmen on Capitol Hill, non-profits, and publications in the DMV area. She graduated cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and has continued her education through programs such as Boot Camp Digital’s Social Media Workshop, American University’s Women & Politics Institute WeLead Program, and the RNC’s Campaign Finance College.
Calvin began his technical career working as a contractor for the Department of Defense before moving into private industry. He has worked in several roles including Technical Support Specialist, Systems Engineer, and Systems Analyst. Calvin uses his knowledge of systems design and development to focus on automation and workflow productivity.
Calvin earned his Bachelor’s in Computer Science at Winston Salem State University. He holds several industry certifications from vendors such as Microsoft and Comptia. He enjoys spending time with his family, sports, and building applications.

Jeffery Raju graduated from DePaul University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Post undergraduate, Jeff joined a start-up financial services firm named Cortland Capital Market Services which was later acquired by Alter Domus.
Over the next 10 years Jeff worked with several hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital firms, their portfolio companies, and other businesses leading teams tracking and administering billions of dollars in committed capital and investments. Jeff has extensive experience in financial reporting as well as back-office administration and operations. Jeff also actively invests in and manages real estate ventures of his own.
Apart from financial services, Jeff enjoys Chicago sports as well as spending time with friends and family.
James is a CFO Advisor with fifteen years of executive-level experience in Big 4 Public Accounting, M&A advisory, capital raise consulting, and overall operational/financial process improvement. James has served as CFO and Chief Strategy Officer of multinational, public companies, private-equity backed businesses, and family office ventures. James has worked with world-class companies such as EY, The Home Depot, Jones Lange LaSalle, as well as many other highly successful privately-held businesses. The breadth and diversity of his background allow James to bring fresh perspectives and thought leadership to clients across all industries and concentrations.
James has completed fractional CFO assignments for companies in media, technology, consulting, real estate, construction, and distribution.
James has earned multiple degrees with honors in higher finance/accounting, including an MBA from the University of Illinois, a Masters in Accountancy from Auburn University, and a BSBA with a major in accountancy from Auburn University. Additionally, James is a licensed CPA in the states of Alabama and Georgia.
Reed Walker is a CFO advisor with a specialty in Tech and the highly regulated Aerospace & Defense industries. He is the CFO Advisor for GrowMars, a deep tech company that converts in-situ resources on planetary bodies to building materials using a proprietary distillation process. He is also the CFO Advisor for Qualia Investments and manages their investor reporting. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Cotton & Reed, a top 5 American Craft Rum distillery and manufacturer based in Washington, DC. Formerly, Reed managed the Price-to-Win and Capture Support business segment for Avascent, a global Aerospace and Defense consulting firm. Reed holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and has a degree in Electrical Engineering and Managerial Analytics from Northwestern University and Kellogg respectively.
Edward is a CFO Advisor with over twenty years of capital raising, structured senior lending, and business planning and analysis experience. Edward was appointed in 2010 to serve as a Senior Investment Officer with the United States Department of Energy Loan Programs Office, where he led investment teams evaluating and structuring loans to finance carbon-reducing projects in the automobile industry. Previously, he was a Director with Susquehanna International Group (SIG), where he raised capital for public and private companies and advised on mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Edward managed Business Planning and Analysis for the business process outsourcing division of MCI Communications, Inc.
Edward has completed fractional CFO assignments for companies in the technology, energy, publishing, and business services sectors.
Edward graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics in 1994. While there, he was on the Dean’s List and the Varsity Lightweight Crew Team. In 2000, Edward received an M.B.A with honors from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he concentrated in Finance.

Amy brings over twenty years of experience including Big Four (PwC) as well as industry experience in both public and private companies in the Houston, TX area. Amy enjoys problem solving, mentoring, and tackling complex projects and research. She has been involved with system implementations as well as keeping her finger on the pulse of new
technologies and other applications that can help improve and streamline processes.
Amy is passionate about mentoring to help ensure everyone is set up for success. The industries Amy has served include: Energy, Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Software Development and Professional Consulting.
In her personal life Amy loves humanitarian work and is regularly involved with her local church and community in service projects. She is also heavily involved in animal rescue in the Houston area.

KEVIN FRIEL, CPA
Kevin is a licensed CPA with over 10 years of experience spread across corporate and not-for-profit accounting, auditing and tax. He graduated from University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems. He has leveraged his understanding of MS Access to streamline and build more efficient processes throughout his career. He has extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs as well as multiple accounting programs including Quickbooks, Oracle, Bill.com and many others.
Kevin currently lives in South Jersey with his wife, 2 daughters and dog, Tugboat. He enjoys traveling, golf, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Ramzi brings a decade of experience in the accounting and finance industry. He grew up in the Northern Virginia area and played Division 1 Men’s Soccer at Radford University where he earned a double major in Accounting and Finance. Beginning his career, Ramzi worked at KPMG doing commercial public audit for a variety of clients in the Washington DC area including Navient, The World Bank, and Smithsonian. Since 2018, Ramzi has transitioned to working with small to medium sized businesses providing outsourced bookkeeping/accounting services.
Ramzi brings an upbeat, innovative and hard-working attitude to his work and enjoys finding new efficiencies and process improvement. Quick and concise communication is something that Ramzi holds in high regard. During his free time Ramzi enjoys spending time outside, working out and spending time with friends and family.
Joy is a strategic, team-oriented professional driven to streamline and continuously improve financial management, operations, and reporting to align with enterprise-wide strategies and systems. With over twenty five years of experience in finance and accounting, Joy has worked in various industries and provided valuable insights that have contributed to best practices and innovative initiatives. Her passion resides in leveraging financial management systems to make everyone’s life easy!
She lives in Little Canada, MN, and loves bike riding and going on RV road trips throughout the nation with her husband and two children. This is a family that works hard and plays hard! Their most adventurous trip was back in July 2020 when they hit up seven national parks in seven days!

Kayla Bloom joined Quadrant Advisory in late 2021, overseeing operational accounting functions for her portfolio of dynamic clients. Kayla is an integral part of the accounting team serving as a client lead and advisor.
Before working with Quadrant Advisory, she worked for a privately held national real estate investment and development company. Mrs. Bloom assisted with the formation of the monthly management budget-to-actual analysis, financial analysis, and cash flow forecasts. In addition to that, Mrs. Bloom prepared the recurring funding draw requests, construction loans, and escrow deposits. Kayla’s portfolio consisted of 10 unique properties, comprised of charter schools, hospitality, retail, medical office buildings, mixed-use commercial properties, and multi-family residential investments.
Mrs. Bloom is originally from New York, NY and now calls Miami her home.
Mrs. Bloom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and is currently pursuing her Master of Professional Accounting from The University of Miami.
DOLORES A. DAIDONE, CMA
Dolores is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 40 years of finance and operations management experience as a Director of Finance and Administration, Controller and Accounting Manager for manufacturing and distribution companies. Dolores has been involved in ERP implementations to streamline and automate processes.
Dolores is a life-long learner and loves to share her accounting knowledge by teaching Financial and Management Accounting at the local community college with the goal of helping her students learn how to understand and use financial statements.
Dolores is a native Californian, but she and her family relocated to northern Kentucky (Cincinnati metro) 20 years ago. Dolores has three adult daughters and a teenage grandson. In her spare time, Dolores enjoys traveling, reading, taking classes and spending time with friends and family.

CHELSEA NIÑA AGBON
Chelsea is a Certified Public Accountant from Cebu, Philippines. She graduated from the University of San Carlos with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and became a licensed professional in 2019. Chelsea has extensive experience in the accounting industry, having worked as an Auditor in one of the leading audit firms and as a Finance Service Analyst of a global insurance company specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis.
She is known for her enthusiastic energy and radiant smile, which reflect her charming personality and magnetic spirit. Chelsea loves to travel and experience different cultures, as well as capturing moments and captivating sceneries through photography.

Samantha Tetter is an Associate at Quadrant Advisory. Samantha graduated from Liberty University in 2020 with a Master of Science Degree in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Accounting. Before joining Quadrant Advisory, Samantha worked in public accounting as an Accounting Associate and has several years of experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable, account reconciliations, managing vendor accounts, and understanding and utilizing GAAP. She is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor with training in the Advance module courses. Samantha lives with her husband and four children in Southwest Virginia where they enjoy sports and spending time outdoors. She is actively studying for the uniform CPA exam.

Mayella Magalong has recently joined Quadrant Advisory as an Associate, bringing over a decade of finance and accounting experience to the team. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines. She currently resides and works remotely in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Mayella began her career as an external auditor for Ernst & Young Philippines, and later transitioned to private accounting practice. She has held various positions such as Senior Accountant and Senior Accounts Payable Team Leader for a US recruitment company. Additionally, she has earned her QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and Xero Advisor certificates, allowing her to service small businesses in the US and Canada.
In her free time, Mayella enjoys watching Italian, Korean, and Japanese food videos on YouTube and replicating the dishes herself. She is also an avid traveler and is excited to travel overseas again now that more borders are open.
John Patrick Almario, also known as “Pat” is one of the newest associates of Quadrant Advisory. He currently resides and works remotely from Cavite Province in the Philippines. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management from Far Eastern University. He is currently taking up his Master’s degree in Business Administration in De La Salle University, Philippines.
Pat has a strong corporate marketing background as he worked as a marketing associate for several years in different companies of different industries specializing in the Digital marketing landscape. He also has some experience in account management and technical training.
He is currently involved with a non-profit and religious organization in a small community back in his country where they initiate activities that aim to lead them to a godly living.
